1. Cancellation and Exchange

Once an order is placed through our website, you may cancel or modify it by sending us an email at levintrends@gmail.com.

Once an order is packaged, it can no longer be canceled or changed; instead, the order must be returned to us in accordance with Section 10 below. As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be extended transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until the goods have been delivered and return them to us. You may notify us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure the fastest possible return process, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
An early refund is possible no sooner than 16 weeks after the order was placed if the goods have not been received.

As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately upon being placed. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to interrupt the shipping process after 15 minutes. A refund before receiving the goods is only possible within 15 minutes of placing the order.
2. Returns and Refunds

Our Return Policy is part of these Terms and governs your use of our website.

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may send us an email indicating which product you wish to return and send the product back to us.
You have 30 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier) received the last product to initiate a return.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

You are only eligible for a refund once we have received the returned product. The returned product will be inspected upon arrival.

You must ensure that the product is returned to us in the same condition as it was received and that it is properly packaged.
The product must be unused, unaltered, with original labels intact, and returned in the original packaging.
If a product is returned in unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
If a product is returned damaged, we also reserve the right to reject the return.

Our processing time for returns depends on your order.
You will receive your refund within 30 days of receiving and approving the return.

If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned product, you will receive an approval email.
Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
There are no storage fees for returned items.

A cancellation is considered complete once we have physically received the returned goods.

Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, which are outside of our control. If the items are already on their way to you, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Steps for Cancellation

Request the return form from our support team, fill it out, sign it, and send it back scanned via email.
Step 2:
Send the goods back using only a shipping method with a tracking number, so we can trace your return.
This lets us assign your return to the correct order and ensures a swift refund process.
Once the return is received, we will be notified, and the refund will be initiated.
